Based On A Common Platform Of Knowledge Process, Knowledge Transfer Affect The Study Of The Factors

The advent of the knowledge economy speeds up the transformation from information service to knowledge service.Recently,all kinds of Public Platforms have attracted more and more government's attention for their important role in the knowledge service system,and much research and application has been conducted about them. There are also many Public Platforms being set up in China gradually in recent years. Taking Shanghai for example,there are 5 important Public Platforms,such as the Shanghai R&D Public Platform,intellectual property rights Public Platform,and so on.During the process of knowledge service based on the Public Platform,knowledge transfer occurs between the knowledge source and the knowledge recipient,and many factors affect the knowledge transfer during this process.Thereby,probing into the affecting factors of knowledge transfer has important theoretical and practical significance.The knowledge service providers transfer the knowledge to the knowledge service recipient in the process of knowledge transfer,during which the effectiveness of knowledge transfer determines the quality of the knowledge service.This thesis starts with review of abundant literature on knowledge transfer and knowledge service, abstracts a framework of knowledge service based on the Public Platform,and extracts the theoretical model of this thesis derived from the Cummings' affecting factors model.According to the theoretical model,there are 13 factors affecting the knowledge transfer,which are from the knowledge source,knowledge recipient, knowledge itself and Public Platform respectively.And then,the thesis puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis.The thesis takes Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform for example,investigates the knowledge recipient based on it by questionnaires,and collects 113 valid questionnaires in all.Then the statistical analysis by SPSS is conducted on the questionnaires,and the conclusion is:the transfer willingness,transfer capacity and incentive of the knowledge source are positive to the knowledge transfer;the willingness of acquisition,the absorptive capacity of the knowledge recipient is also positive to the knowledge transfer;the easiness of the system,the knowledge stock, the trust and the interaction of the Public Platform facilitate the knowledge transfer. On the contrary,the positive impact of the incentive of the recipient to the knowledge transfer,and the negative impact of the complexity and specificity of the knowledge to the knowledge transfer are not being tested,as well as the negative impact of the price of the Public Platform to the knowledge transfer.Discussions are provided following according to the conclusions of the thesis and some suggestions are proposed combined with the actual situation of knowledge service based on the Public Platform in China to improve the performance of the knowledge transfer.In the end,the thesis expects the future research.
