In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the company’s most valuable asset. It translates into the important productivity and improves the competitiveness of enterprises, to enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Management expert Charles Handy has estimated the value of knowledge is the enterprise value of tangible assets of three to four times, a new knowledge could bring enormous benefits for the enterprise. But with the aging of the workforce, as well as employees of all ages to become increasingly unstable, many enterprises have to face ongoing irreparable experience, knowledge loss. Thus, the knowledge transfer in enterprise knowledge management role will become increasingly important.Knowledge transfer not only enables enterprises to retain their intellectual resources, but also to improve the organization’s knowledge sharing, to avoid reinventing the knowledge, saving business costs. And knowledge transfer between organizations can also save a lot of money for R&D investment, and organizations can obtain the required knowledge with a relatively small cost. Modern enterprises are mostly based on the team as a basis for work and learning, so this is a team to analyze the level of knowledge transfer. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part describes the purpose and significance of the study, and the research status; the second part is the theory outline of knowledge transfer, the affecting factors of knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer model; the third part analyses of the factors that affect team knowledge transfer: knowledge sources, knowledge receptors, knowledge and situational factors; the fourth part is a combination of team knowledge transfer factors and Nancy· M· Dixon’s the five types of knowledge transfer, the use of AHP France to build a team-based model of knowledge transfer type selection; the fifth part is the conclusion that contains a mainly summary of this article and analysis of articles insufficient points. When the knowledge transfer type is suitable when you want to transfer knowledge, knowledge can be transferred more efficiently. Discussion of this article is designed to help business managers sketched out the effective knowledge transfer method for their own specific situations, which also reduces the corporate knowledge transfer test or trial and error to spend the cost and shorten the knowledge transfer time.
