Mingxin leather company established in 2003, developed into a good-sizedautomotive leather corporation which have four subsidiary company andadvanced technology after 5 years hard working.In recent years, Mingxin produced high-quality products which satisfied theneeds of all kind of customers from all over the country and became into thegood supplier of the famous automotive company with the "Mingxin" Brand.Along with the global economic crisis coming ,automotive leather industry asthe supplier of the automatic Industry suffered a great impact .In this complicated economic situation of global competition , Mingxin mustunderstand the situation of the automotive leather industry and relatedindustry ,understand the developing space and direction for future , and alsounderstand the competitive advantage and disadvantage of the present andfuture, seize the chance and re-survey the market to establish the specialIndustry advantage.For all of these reason, Mingxin devised a developing stratagem to make theneeds of how to enlarge the company and put forward some implementarysuggestion to drive the company sustainably growth.This article focus on the Mingxin leather company, put forward how to use theSWOT model and five force model to analyse the advantage and disadvantage ofthe company, also use the Quantitative Research Method and QualitativeResearch Method to put forward the stratagem design and stratagem implement.
