Private Equity Investment Fund Development Strategy

Through about ten years' development,our country's private equity investment is,at present,entering an entirely new phase.With the process of relative legislation and the implementation of relevant policies,our country's private equity investment funds are gradually approaching improved and developed and they will greatly propel the development of the economy of our country.With the development of the economy,the function of capital market is ever becoming more important.Different enterprise needs different kind of capital support respectively.Many enterprises can not meet the requirements of going public and may not have such kind of command yet compared with listed companies,meanwhile,the capital of private equity investment becomes more important in the financing of those enterprises.As a result,the private equity investment funds play a key role in the periods of the incubation and the steady progress as well as the rapid development of those small enterprises.And also,private equity investment funds function as an efficient method in the centralization of private capital.Anyway,private equity investment funds have become a hot spot of the present period for the supply and demand of capital.However,in practice,many private equity investment funds failed because of the particular development strategies to a certain extent.This paper,taking Yu Shan Investment Fund as an example,studies the development strategies of our country's private equity investment funds.In Part One and Part Two,the definition,features and the form of organization of the private equity investment fund and the general status of the development of the private equity investment funds of some foreign countries are introduced.And the private equity investment fund,securities investment fund and the venture investment are compared as well.In Part Three,the development of the private equity investment funds is generally discussed.In Part Four,Taking Yu Shan Investment Fund as an example,the author introduced the preparatory work,operation and management of local private equity investment fund as well as the methods of selecting and investing in a project in detail.In Part Five,the existing problems about the private equity investment fund of our country are analyzed in-depth and certain comments and proposals are provided therefore.At the end of this part,the trend of our country's private equity investment fund is finally analyzed and forecasted.
