With the development of China's market economy and financial system reform,private equity investment industry is developing rapidly;clear data show that the private equity investment exceeded 380 billion in 2005,creating a new record.Private equity funds continue to create the myth of wealth and the investment enthusiasm of the public reach an unprecedented peak,the Private Equity Investment Firm also grew up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain as well.The operation highly depends on the professional ability and professional quality of fund management team.Human capital directly decides whether the success of private equity investment fund.Human resource is the key element of enterprise as well as the embodiment of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises.An increasing number of entrepreneurs have realized the strategic significance of human resource management.For start-up companies,expecting to open the market quickly,surviving and developing in the fierce competition,requires people's knowledge,skills,abilities and belief.It is critical for start-up company gain sustainable competition merits in market by effectively saving and scientifically managing human resources.E company mainly takes part in private equity investment business.In the original period,the formation of a high-quality fund management team,improving the level of human resource management inside the company is fundamental to the sustainable development of E company.Based on the human resource management theory,enterprise life cycle theory,combined with the private equity industry characteristics,composition and characteristics of human through the resources,human resources management existence of employee satisfaction survey diagnosis problems of E company,the main causes of problems in the start-up period,private equity investment and the characteristics of knowledge workers cognitive enough,puts forward improving countermeasures of human resource management.To establish a modern human resources The source of management philosophy,the transformation of HRBP management mode,the establishment of "two-way matching,recruitment strategy corresponding level",training and development strategy of employee occupation management based on objective management method of the performance strategyand the establishment of the company based on option incentive mechanism;by creating new employee relations and strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,effectively guarantee the implementation of human resource management E the company improvement measures.To improve the level of human resource management of E company from two aspects of theory and practice in this paper and improve the core competitiveness of E company in the market competition,we hope this paper have the function of guidance and reference to the human resource management of other similar companies.
