Study Of Intra-industry Trade Development Trends In China And Russia

With the construction of strategic cooperative partnership, the economic and trade relationship between China and Russia has achieved great progress. However, the relationship of economic and trade between the two countries is less closer than their political cooperation, and the level of bilateral trade has to be further enhanced. In terms of reality, the development of trade between the two countries should not be limited to inter-industry trade which based on static comparative advantage, and should expand intra-industry trade which based on industry division and economics of scale.This paper based on intra-industry trade theory and analyzed the feasibility and benefits of the intra-industry between China and Russia. In this paper, empirical analysis was used to study the overall development, commodity structure and industry development of the intra-industry between China and Russia, and propose some solutions for the expansion of intra-industry trade between China and Russia according to the constraining factors.
