The Growth Mechanism Of The Bionics Perspective Of Small And Medium-sized Technology Enterprises

The number of small and medium-sized technology enterprise is numerous, and it has the unique competitive advantage. However, there also have many problems in its development, like short life, slow growth, weak ability to resist risks, financing difficulties, and so on. These restrict the advancement of technology, the upgrading of industrial, the promotion of synthesis competitive power and the sustained development of social economy in a national or the area seriously. Although various countries have devoted to its long-lived and the sustainable development, but it is still"short-lived", the root lies in its complexity growth and the imperfect growth mechanisms.With combing the bionics theory and the growth of small and medium-sized technology enterprise, this paper uses normative research methods to study the growth characteristics of small and medium-sized technology enterprise, and dividing its growth into five stages, including start-up period, growing, mature and decay phase or transformation. And, this paper build a set of the endogenous and exogenous growth mechanisms from the perspective of bionics, the former includes entrepreneurs quality, technological innovation, human resources, financing capabilities, products and markets, governance structures, culture, and the latter includes the legal environment, industry evolution and development, enterprise clusters, regional innovation network, the financial ecological environment, social services and infrastructures. On this basis, this paper build a three-dimensional growth model of small and medium-sized technology enterprise and take a theoretical explanation, pointing out that the small and medium-sized technology enterprise is in its internal brain - under the command of entrepreneurs, the skeletal system - support of the management structure, the blood cycle - the financing capacity and the nervous system - the co-ordination of human resources, and heart - driven by technological innovation, corporate culture of caring and technological innovation, through product and market access to finance, and market products and services. In addition, with the interaction of external factors, the small and medium-sized technology enterprise accesses the nutrition and energy, as well as the ability to adapt to the environment from the outside world to achieve growth. In addition, the paper use econometric methods such as the software SPSS15.0 factor analysis , software DPS7.55 Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and empirical study methods such as consulting entrepreneurs, business associations consultative person in charge, as well as government departments to study some small and medium-sized technology enterprises in Jinan City. Furthermore, the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the growth mechanism of small and medium-sized technology enterprises, which includes improving the government support system, the finance services system ,the creation and construction of credit, the venture capital market, the ability of technological innovation, internal management structure , as well as the quality of entrepreneurs.The innovations of this paper are reflected in as follows: On the one hand, this paper has built a relatively perfect bionic growth mechanism system and three-dimensional model for the small and medium-sized technology enterprises; On the other hand, this paper make careful analysis of internal and external and comprehensive growth ability of small and medium-sized technology enterprises of different industry types, different sizes, different stages of growth and in Jinan City , which can provide guidance for the government to formulate relevant policies to improve the growth ability of local small and medium-sized technology enterprises .
