Chinese Rural Family Support Ethical Reflection

The family pension is the rural pension fundamental mode. It is not only the realistic social question, also an ethical discussion question. From ethical perspectives, this paper inquires about that the Chinese rural family pension, searches family pension's ethical foundation, and then promulgates the question existing in the rural pension, the reasons, and the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part mainly analyzes the ethical foundation of rural family pension, that is, filial piety, family moral duty and humanitarianism. It elaborates the rural family pension practical significance.The second part analyzes the question which exists in the rural family pension concretely--family pension function attenuation. It mainly displays in three aspects: the economy provision insufficiency, the life care lack, spiritual concerning shortage. Searching its reason is changed by people's pension idea, the family structure and the land safeguarding.The third part proposes the corresponding perfect countermeasures. The rural family pension's healthy development must have coordinated sets: develops the corresponding education of respecting and reverencing for elders; perfects rural family pension laws and regulations; perfects rural community safeguards system; displays public opinion's supervision function, promotes the rural family pension scientific healthy development.
