An Empirical Study On The Problem Of Rural Family Pension

Family,as the most basic organizational unit in rural society,undertakes the basic functions of life,support and death,so family pension is the most important way of providing for the aged in rural areas.At present,the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas has become increasingly prominent,and the difficulty of providing for the aged has attracted much social attention.Based on the introduction and analysis of the current situation and causes of the family pension problem in Beiwang Village,Duguan Town,Lushi County,this paper aims to build an all-round and multi-level rural pension system in a multi-pronged way.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four parts:Part ?: Questions raised.This part further clarifies the significance of solving the problem of rural family pension for human rights protection,social equity and justice,starting from the severe situation of the high degree of rural aging,the impact of family pension and the imperfect supporting alms.Part ?: Consideration of the current situation of the rural family pension problem.This part takes Beiwang Village,Lushi County,Henan Province,as an example,through questionnaires and field visits to understand the social environment of family pension in this village,and through the introduction of the life,maintenance,burial,clothing,food,housing and transportation of the elderly,in order to show the status of family pension.The third part: The problems and causes of rural family pension.Based on the weakening of the function of providing for the aged,the low level of providing for the aged economy and the increase of the phenomenon of "empty nest" for the aged,this part analyses the reasons from four aspects: the mode of providing for the aged,the idea of providing for the aged,the law of providing for the aged and the system of providing for the aged,in order to have a clear understanding of the existing problems and their causes of providing for the aged in rural families in our country.Part ?: Solutions to the problem of providing for the aged in rural families.This part is based on the analysis of the problems and causes of the rural family pension in China,and puts forward practical measures from four aspects: the choice of pension mode,the reference of useful experience,the improvement of relevant laws and the implementation of supportingfacilities,with a view to solving the current problems of the rural family pension in China.
