The increasingly fierce market competition in this new economic era with the special characteristic as increasingly diversified requirements from consumers, and the needs to survive force companies to change their competition strategy from a simple cut-throat competition type into a synergic type in which both the co-operation and competition exist. Cooperation-competition strategy, enables more enterprises to seek their complementary partners, which, consciously or unconsciously, builds multi-enterprise cooperation, uses modern IT and network technology and many other resources, realizes the optimizing management , and reduces transaction cost. Therefore, more and more business organization with such kind of coordinated management practice emerge. This will help enterprises to better take use of the internal and external resources to achieve co-management and dominate in the market competition. However, so far, seldom enterprises succeed in the co-management practice. This article will do some useful research on the multi-enterprise management synergism and its application.This article indicates that, due to years of hyper growth, coupled with the outsourcing management system, the control on the administration system and the network resources have been challenged severely, while the administrative vacuum even out-of-control situation start to emerge.
