In the context of the rise in network technology and the rapid development of informationsociety, the engineering project also faced with the trend of changing from one single functionto many complex functions. In addition, the project management has its owncharacteristics,such as a large number of information exchange, changeable field condition,diversified management objectives. As a result, researches in construction project managementbecome another researching focus different from the design and construction of structure.Inthis article, we fully combine the rapid development of modern information and networktechnology, purposing to raise the level of project management, prevent and resist project risksand to promote technological innovation and market competitiveness in the worldwide. Itcarries out a research of informationized and integrated management of the constructionproject, the cores of which are informationization of key management objects and dynamicmanagement. The main contents are as follows:1) Informationization and standardization of key construction objects: Analyze thenecessity of informationized and integrated management. According to principle ofconsistency, practicality, high efficiency and scalability, complete standardized projectinformation with WBS and unified codes. Establish project informationized and integratedmanagement target system.2) Research of informationized and integrated management model. By means and tools ofinformation technology, with the integration principle as the main ideological line, put forwarda improved informationized and integrated management model. It fully considers the variouselements in engineering construction from its decision stage to operational stage.Theseessential factors contain quality, time limit, cost of the project and requirements of theparticipants.3) Integrated management information system development based on process control.According to the requirements of the project management function, the system overalls designframework and function modules.The design routes are use of process-driven engine,knowledge base, C/S three layer architecture and Mysql database system. Main problems to besolve in the development process are informationization and standardization of keyconstruction objects, multi-objective integrated management, dynamic management andoptimization function.4) Research of relevant application. Use the system in Heavenly west Metro project ofMCC to the project management practice. Through the establishment of complete construction process database, construction technology database, resource database (worker, material andmachinery), and template database, the system relizes multi-objective integrated management.Besides, its dynamic management pattern can make optimization to project managementcontents.
