A Case Study On Accounts Receivable Management Of ML Company Based On The Whole Process Management Mode

As the important current asset of an enterprise,accounts receivable is one of the most important components of a company's assets.Its quality is also related to whether the company can maintain normal production and operation.In recent years,the domestic lighting industry has developed rapidly and competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce.In order to cope with the competition,companies often increase sales performance through credit sales.However,this has also led to the growing management problem of accounts receivable.In order to ensure the healthy development of enterprises,it is necessary to study and improve the management of accounts receivable.This thesis takes ML company as the research object,which is a representative company in the manufacturing industry.At present,the company is in the growth stage.The company is going to continuously expand its market share,but there is a large amount of credit sales.However,its management level of accounts receivable does not match its development level.There is a problem of lack of credit management system,insufficient daily management and improper management of overdue receivables in the management of accounts receivable in the company.In order to resolve the management problems,the author applied the new account receivable management model proposed to the improvement of the company's management system.It intends to improve the management level of ML company's accounts receivable by implementing downstream management,internal control and upstream transmission,and improving relevant safeguard measures.Through the research on the improvement of ML company's accounts receivable management system,it provides new ideas for accounts receivable management for more enterprises.Through the implementation of this full management model of accounts receivable,it helps enterprises to reduce financial costs,improve capital liquidity,and promote the realization of supply chain coordination to enhance the overall competitiveness of the company and the supply chain.This is of great significance to China's social credit construction and the management of accounts receivable of manufacturing companies.
