| In the trend of financial crisis, the mobility of employees are increasing in IT enterprises, some of them are busy with redundancy, others are secretly strengthen the recruitment for storage of talents. No matter what kinds of human resource measures are adopted, the essence of competition for enterprises is talents in 21 century. Besides thinking of the ways to absorb and retain the best employees, enterprises should have more consideration of higher working efficiency of employees. With this doubt, we will find the main dimensions of job satisfaction and job performance,and reveal the relation between job satisfactions and job performance, through the corresponding theory framework, on the base of former studies. The research samples are employees in IT enterprises.Large amounts of research have been done on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance; however, there are many contradictions among all the research conclusions. On the one hand, we choose match-up questionnaire survey and interview survey to do research --- the survey separately depends on two different groups as employees and employers, in aspects of job satisfaction and job performance, in order to, prevent from sample deviation among the same sample; meanwhile, we would bring"Adaptive performance"into the components of job performance. As a result, we are able to descript the situation and degree of employees'adaptive competence in new environment and changes of job requirement. The date analysis proves the research's hypothesizes, at he same time, we also make a discussion on the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance, and the two items'components.The results of research indicate that:1. The job satisfaction can be measured in three dimensions that"Working conditions","Interpersonal relationships","job", the job performance can be weighed in three dimensions which are"Task performance","Contextual performance","Adaptive performance".2."Working conditions"and"Interpersonal relationships"are obviously relate to three dimensions of job performance, the item"Job"only closely relate to the item"Task performance".This research simultaneously put forward corresponding management suggestion, combining with the research results. |
