Guodong Company, Medium Density Fiberboard Project Feasibility Analysis

In August 10th ,2007, seven govermental depts including National Forest Industrial Bureau, National Development and Innovation Commissioning, Finacial Dept, Business Dept, National Tax Bureau, Chinese Bank Supervising Bureau and Security Supervising Bureau, have allied to work out"Forest Industrial policy outline"in which pointed that forest industry is a multiple industries collectivity involving the first three industries of national economy , which has the characteristic of basic, diversity, ecological, stratagical. Forest industry is the largest periodic economic entity. The regeneration of forest resource and the catabolism of forest products show the luciferous foreground for continuously utilizing the forest resource. Earlier in 2000, Guodong had found the market foreground for fiber-board and it had invested one production line in 2002, which had got its anticipated benefit.Through several years'development, Guodong had become the largest enterprise in southwest of China with best quality and completed specification in panelboard manufacturing. Therefore, Guodong formulates the longer development stratage"main in panelboard, furtherly strengthen panelboard industry". By the development of National Economy and the unceasing enhancement of National Consciousness, no matter whether national policy or market anticipation, it shows the feasibility of fiber-board industry, which can not only effectively synthetically utilizing domestic limited forest resource, but also satisfying the unceasing extending market demand. In order to sufficiently exert its own industrial advantage, furtherly strengthen compmany industry and compose commutative supplement and penetrate production configuration, Guodong has progressed long investigation and argumentation for the fiber-board market and frequently organize experts to investigate many dense resources including Shuangliu.And then we analyze the feasibility of the kinds of products and manufacturing scale of the project in the thesis.As the description of this thesis,We have made the earlier evaluation for the market foreground and investments of this project, and then primarily designed the matching scheme and relative basic construction. Meanwhile, it has also evaluated the raw material supplying. The most important thing is that Guodong has strengthened the evaluation and analyse for enviromental protection, labour safety, resourse synthetically utilizing and energy saving which invoving in this project. All economical evaluation and calculation for its anticpating main economical guideline show the feasibility of this project.In this paper, the characteristics of the adoption of the market prospects at the fiberboard forecasts, and the current state of related industries, to study for a new fiberboard Guodong Group of the feasibility of investment projects. Hope that through the fiberboard of the project investment feasibility study, the research results can provide information on Guodong Group, to develop accurate long-term business development plan.
