Putin Era, Russia's Foreign Trade Situation. To The Research, And Foreign Trade Policy

Putin left the post of presidency on 7^th May,2008,Medvedev succeeded him as the president of Russia.Russia had entered the post–putin era,it was also called'Med-Pu time'.Russia is not only china`s important neighbor,but also china`s strategic partner and an important trading partner.so Russia`s economy and trade situation and foreign trade policy have the stronge impact on the sustainable development of the sino-russian trade and the strategic upgrade of technological cooperation.This article provides an overview of the trade patterns and policies of the former soviet union and Yeltsin`s time,and an analysis of putin`s foreign situation ,reasons and problems.Based on the above ,it has analysed the factors that could a ffect the trade situation and the option of trade policy.It has also forcasted the trade situation and policy of post-putine time.In addition,it analysed the effect that the financial crisis could bring to Russia`s economy and trade policy.At last ,it urged that Russia should make the trade among Russia and China ,Korea,Japan free ,so as to face and get out of the crisis together.
