Many Chinese companies gained a lot of profit, but they made many social problems that made the public dissatisfied. Then, more and more Chinese companies realized the importance of corporate social responsibility in the past 20 years. They want to get the publics'support and prove their identity. After analyzing the relation of the public relations and corporate social responsibility, this thesis brings up CSR-PR. Then this thesis introduces the concept, classification, influence and problems of the CSR-PR. Finally, the thesis draws to the conclusion which offers some suggestions on CSR-PR. CSR is a new research area in China, therefore I hope this thesis can make some supplement and contributions to the area and provide some references for PR in China.
