Textile And Garment Enterprises Rapid Reaction Capability Of Influencing Factors In The Empirical Analysis

The textile apparel industry is one of our country's major pillar industries. The rapid development of the global economy and the tremendous change in the textile apparel industry speed up the application of quick response system in the textile apparel industry. The textile apparel industry should establish and improve the quick response system as soon as possible, which can help the textile apparel industry to enhance the market reaction speed, shortening the gap with the foreign markets.The influencing factors of the textile apparel industry quick response capability is demonstrated in this paper. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current status of China's textile apparel industry and proposes our country's textile apparel industry should establish the quick response system; Secondly, the influencing factors of the textile apparel industry quick response capability is summarized according to predecessor's achievement. The relationship of the influencing factors and the quick response capability is also assumed; And then, the questionnaire is worked out according to the influencing factors. Structural equation modeling is applied to analysis, modify and verify the assumption basing on the questionnaire survey's data. So the actual relationship path of the influencing factors and the quick response capability is obtained by using structural equation modeling to analyze the data: The direct effect of supply chain management affecting quick response capability is biggest, next is sales, the last is the modern advanced technology. Moreover, there has correlation between supply chain management, modern advanced technology, R&D and production, organizational management and human resources management and sales. Finally, according to structural equation modeling's conclusion, this paper proposes helpful suggestions to enhancing textile apparel industry's quick response capability based on the supply chain management, modem advanced technology, R&D and production, organizational management and human resources management, sales and so on.
