Since reform and opening up ,with the development of Chinese market economy and transformation of social life, advertisement to promote the sale of products, services and concepts to target market has become more and more important in economy,business and people's daily lives. Since morden advertising market has changed greatly, more and new requirements have been brought about to the employees of advertising industry, and a basic project has been proposed by these new changes and requirements ,which is how the future education of advertising design adapts to the demands of society and market.in this paper, with teaching activities of advertising design as research object and the support of advertising theories, starting from the research of properties of advertisement and requirements for advertising employees, problems existing in advertising education of colleges and universities were found out by analysis of current education situation of advertising design and investigation on related staff in advertising companies. According to the actual education situation of advertising design being failed to adapt to society, it was claimed in this paper that starting from the promotion of students'consciousness of social responsibility,students'ability of entrench themselves into market should be cultured in the education of advertising design. Furthermore, it was clarified in this paper that classroom should be combined with market,with meeting the demands of market economy as teaching object and adapting to the society better as staying point, so as to promote the development of Chinese morden advertising design education.
