Eu Green Barriers Measures The Impact Of China's Export Trade

With the economic development of our world ,human beings are facing great pressure from environment, so environmental protection become crucial problem which all countries give their consideration to .In international trade , it has been a trend that most countries try to put high standards against import commodities. On basis of it ,EU's new GBs measure is brought into effect, which is from the prevailing of environmental protection idea and trade protectionism.Sino-EU trade relationship has been going on quickly these years .EU has become the biggest business partner of China. There is a strong complement between EU and China , so carrying on smoothly of Sino-EU trade relationship is increasingly playing an important role .Accompanying with the quick development ,EU issued various new GBs measure which weigh against our export to EU, especially being bad to the small and medium-sized companies which have poor ability in Research and Development .Our international trade is confronted with new challenges. So the study about measures to respond to EU's new GBs measure becomes very practical. With the effect of financial crisis ,world economy has been declining .Worldwide trade protectionism will be prevailing in 2009.As the important measures used by trade protectionism , GBs will be continuously the most effective measures .On the background ,the study of this thesis will be more useful.By now, there are few studies about EU's new GBs measure's effect on Chinese export trade . Most studies are either concerned with the effect of GBs to world trade or just only about one or two of WEEE, ROHS and REACH. From two side of positive and negative ,this thesis is comprehensive analysis about EU's new GBs measure based on combination of WEEE, ROHS and REACH. Breaking the unilateral cognition to barrier , writer define EU's new GBs measure objectively through systemic knowledge and analytical method of international business. On the basis of study about trade situation between EU and China , writer have studied EU's new GBs measure's effect on Chinese export trade from both side . From exceptional to generic analytical method , writer select and study two model industry .And then conclude EU's new GBs measure's effect. Finally make suggestion in the view of government , industry and company.
