Study On Effects Of Green Barriers On China's Agricultural Exports And Countermeasures

This paper, follows the theoretical analysis, empirical studies and policy research ideas. In the part of the theoretical analysis, the basic theory of the green trade barriers is straightened out referring to many predecessors'research literature, focusing on analysis of the meaning and definition of green trade barriers, the background of its generation, composition of its system and its action mechanism, and thus it provides a theoretical premise and foundation for the study of this paper. It tries to deal with many problems on how to face the international market. The final deal is made in response of three main roles as government, industry, enterprises, for those different roles,this paper tries to find out proper ways from different aspects, in order to make China's exports of agricultural products have a better development prospects.The Paper is divided into six chapters, respectively as follows: the first chapter is introductory section, which describes the background and significance of this study, domestic and international research trends, research methods, ideas frameworks, and innovations; the second chapter interprets the theoretical basis of the formation of the green trade barriers, the concept of green trade barriers and the international context of its formation; the third chapter analyzes the green trade barriers of China's agricultural products in major importing countries (regions), including 3 countries (regions) as the United States, Japan, the EU; Chapter IV analyzes the impact of China's agricultural exports; the fifth chapter analyzes the reasons of repeated restrictions on the green trade barriers in China's agricultural exports from both domestic and international perspectives; Chapter VI is of the Chinese agricultural countermeasures to deal with the green trade barriers.
