The Impact Of Green Trade Barriers And China's Countermeasures

With the rapid development of global economic globalization and international trade liberalization,tariff barriers and traditional non-tariff barriers(quota system,license system,etc.)are increasingly weakened.At the same time,the economic development has caused more and more serious pollution to nature,the ecological balance has been destroyed,and the contradiction between economic trade growth and environmental deterioration has become the focus of attention.Developed countries take advantage of technology,in order to ensure the safety of human or animal and plant,as well as protect the environment as the reason,set up with environmental laws and regulations,technical standards,certification and inspection and quarantine system as the main content of green trade barriers.Green trade barrier with its nominal reasonable legitimacy,protect the content of the broadcast and the complexity of the concealment of the protection mode,technical requirements,as developed countries to protect domestic market,is the effective means to prevent foreign products to enter the domestic market.Our country is the world's largest developing country and the world's largest trading nation,foreign trade restricted by the green trade barriers,green trade barriers become the biggest non-tariff restrictions in our country foreign trade technical barriers to trade.To this,we should take deep research and analysis,a comprehensive understanding of the formation of the multiple aspects of green trade barriers,understanding the positive and negative double effects caused by green trade barriers,to take effective countermeasures to cope with the green trade barriers.This article first from the literature review of green trade barriers,this paper probes into the concept of green trade barriers,forms and characteristics,and to construct green trade barrier of green technology to explore in depth.In view of the reasons for the formation of green trade barriers,the multi-angle concrete analysis is carried out.At the same time,the paper tries to explain the deep reasons of green trade barriers from the view of philosophical values.This paper objectively comments on the negative influence of green trade barriers on China's foreign trade,which is not conducive to the development and unimpeded of China's trade export in the short term.Also affirmed the green trade barriers in the long run is helpful to promote the ecological environment protection in our country,and promote the development of green technology in China and the positive role of realizing economic sustainable development.Then it discusses the specific countermeasures of green trade barriers from three aspects: government,enterprises and consumers.Green trade barriers need green measures at all levels to break the wall.Article thinks green trade barrier form and eventually lead to its global ecological crisis,is rooted in human understanding and dealing with the relationship between man and nature,to take human as the center of anthropocentrism values;The fundamental way to deal with green trade barriers is to break the anthropocentrism values,establish the ecological centralism values of natural value theory and natural rights theory,and develop green technology.
