Sale terminals are the last one ring for the goods or services from the enterprise to consumers, are the places consumers purchase or implementation aspect, are the most critical "nerve endings" Of marketing channels. Efficient communication of information has become the basic requirements for enterprise survival during the era of information. This article's purpose is How to set up a better MIS to serve the enterprise sales terminal management.Reference McKinsey business problem-solving model, In this article, we start from China's fast-moving consumer goods and home appliances industry channels as the research object in order to find the problem of sales terminal's management, based on the theory of marketing channels. In the process above, we research the course of development of marketing channels, the importance of sale terminals, as well as summing up elements of the analysis of the domestic sales of terminal management opportunities and challenges; After found the problem, we do an analysis of management information systems development and management using on sale terminals, based on the management information system theory, and then summed up the advantages of management information systems and trends; targeted the management of sales terminals challenges faced by, we give a number of information management solutions and building proposals, based on mobile management information systems. Then we do examples about three methods including staff-to-end management, sales control, sales terminal strategy in the management. Finally we do the case studies on the leading fast-moving consumer goods companies, Coca-Cola sales terminal management information system.
