After the reform and opening up, China’s economy gained rapid development of all walks of life was a great space for development especially after 2000, to enhance the quality of the economy as the key industry-assembly manufacturing is speeding into the development stage, as a fundamental part of the mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing industry between this has been the strong increase, the size of unprecedented expansion, the hydraulic industry as an important branch of mechanical and electrical industry, in the field of mechatronics account for a large proportion, scale application of advanced hydraulic technology can directly reflect the depth of a country’s industrialization process. From 1959 the hydraulic Factory was established in Tianjin, China experienced a hydraulic products imitated Soviet system, the introduction of Western technology (Yuken Japan, West Germany Rexroth, Eaton, etc.) and independent research and development in three stages, the size and quality of varieties qualitative leap occurred, part of the West products can be replaced by China’s domestic advanced products.This paper takes the H company’s multi marketing channel strategy as the research object, and puts forward the main problems of H company’s channel, including the structure of the channel, the efficiency of the implementation, the allocation of resources and management defects, etc.. The internal and external environment of H company is analyzed, and the new channel design of H company is determined. According to the development of company, we design a hybrid channel model, which is based on the development of H company. Look forward to research results can help to establish effective multi-channel marketing model for the domestic counterparts to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the hydraulic industry to make a contribution.
