There is large development potential in Chinese consumer market. Be one of the members of WTO, China will loosen the limitation of investment and development in Chinese market. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a new administration strategy which can improve the relationship between enterprises and customers. It is a business philosophy to manage customer, and it is an administration system and a technology. CRM is mainly implemented in marketing, sales, service and technical support area which need to contact with customers. The target of CRM is to maintain more existing customers and attract more new customers by supplying quicker and better service. On the other hand, CRM can lower the operation cost by fully managing the business work flow.The paper is to describe CRM main theory, CRM implementation motivation and the current situation of CRM implementation in electronical consumer market. It also describes the CRM solution of electronical consumer market, implementation procedure and key factors to cause successful CRM projects. Based on above description, the paper analysizes S company CRM implement background, CRM solution and evaluates S company CRM implementation effect. The results of the paper can be a guide for CRM implementation in electronical consumer market.
