The implement of power marking execution palys an important role in business. Based on the description of execution capability theory and marketing execution theory, Firstly the thesis raises the vecevent measures and the suggestions on how to promove the marketing execution capability of HuNan Zhuiqiu Feed Group in aspects of process innovation, building up a learning marketing team, system innovation and constructing execution culture. Process innovation commences from the processes of marketing strategy and marketing operation and redesignsing the processes. Team is the key to promove the execution capability.The thesis focuses on the following four aspects to set up a learning marketing team: building up the customer focus marketing concept, strengthening marketing departments' cooperation , promoting management leadership and execution capability and intensifying staff consciousness. Customer focus marketing concept is guidance of the learning marketing team, while the other aspects will directly influence the company's execution capability and should be attached importance. Execution culture is the basis of promoting execution capability. Consummating the regulations and performance strictly is the insurance in promoting a company's execution capability. Constructing execution culture should commence from aspects of consummating regulations, training good habits, forming the key concepts and thoughts of execution. At the same time it should strengthen the performance of execution culture to ensure "markct excution ability". The countermeasures and methods on prompting marketing execution is a systematic project and should be constructed across-the-board without permitting attend to one thing and lose another.The thesis based on the business at last from the marketing organizational structure system, the marketing operation management system, the marketing personnel management system and the marketing information system four aspects, proposes how to enhances the Marketing Execution ability them achicve to raise the market share and compctetencl of the company.
