Since the reform and open policy, the Chinese economic growth has obtained great achievement. Many Chinese and foreign scholars have conducted the thorough research to the Chinese economic growth's fountainhead, but many kinds of research are until now stresses on each time investment level or the contribution of the investment efficiency to the economic growth.There is little research on the relationship of the credit structure and economic growth, but the financial market in our country is primarily in the indirect financing money market, this kind of complex relationship is pivotal to economic growth. At the same time, the bank loan and GDP in our country have realized the swift growth. The change tendency of the both is consistent, so is the gradual fluctuation cycle and the beginning and end time, which demonstrated that between the two has obvious correlational dependence, but the mechanism of this kind of relations and the behind causal relation, is actually some kind of coincidence or has its reason in addition, which needs us to make the further analysis.The second chapter elaborat the rationale of the bank credit structure and economic growth relations, and introduce the currency theory about the analysis of the bank credit and the economic growth relations, such as the viewpoint of Classical school, Keynes school and Monetarism school; And also introduce the financial development theory analysis about the bank credit and the economic growth relations; Finally introducing the action mechanism about the credit structure and the economic growth. The third chapter carries on the analysis of present situation to the bank credit structure and economic growth, in our country. First, it carries on the analysis of the situation about the economic growth in our country, simultaneously makes analysis to the growth situation of the primary, secondary, Tertiary industry; Then carries on the analysis of the present situation of the credit structure in our country, and analyzes the problem existing in the credit structure; The fourth chapter carries on the empirical analysis of the credit structure function to the economic growth in our country, the empirical analysis carries on from two aspects: First, carries on the typical relevant analysis of the relationship between the rate of increment of the primary industry, the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the rate of increment of the credit on the agricultural, industry and the commerce; and studys whether is the long-term relations between the rate of increment of the primary industry, the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the rate of increment of the credit on the agricultural, industry and the commerce, and researchs the dynamic relationship between the rate of increment of the primary industry, the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the rate of increment of the credit on the agricultural, industry and the commerceas through the ECM, as well as whether the long relationship is a casual relationship; The fifth chapter proposed policy suggestion that optimizes the credit structure to promote the economic growth in our country, such as the establishment of finance credit status system for credit structure optimization, the adjustment of loan profession structure and increases the market development dynamics, develops the fine customer, the adjustment credit domain structure positively, the rational distribution credit fund and the adjustment of the credit customer structure, enlarges the support to the small and medium-sized enterprise, private enterprise, enhancement credit product research and development ability, provideing diverse credit products for the economic development.
