Study Of Natural Scenic Spots In Small Town Development

At present, with the entering into the period of the development of small cities, China is increasingly paying attention to the protection of scenic resources. The issue of how to develop the industry of the small cities which is within and closely related to the natural scenic areas is in a dilemma. How to develop the economy and industry of the small cities and at the same time protect the scenic resources and ecological environment are urgent problems we faced.On the bases of the relative researches and analyses, this thesis carries out a more in-depth studies about the guidance plan of economic development, the industrial development direction and the industrial structure, and has proposed the measures of co-ordinate industrial development for the small cities which is within the natural scenic areas. In addition, it has also conducted researches which are closely related to industrial development of the small cities. In combination with examples, it carries on analyses and researches, providing a new perspective for the current industrial development of the small cities which is within the natural scenic areas.The first chapter is introduction. Firstly, this chapter discusses the background of the research, analyzes and sums up the main issues facing the industrial development of the small cities. Then it points out the purpose and significance of the research and explains the overall thinking and the main content.The second chapter is about the relevant theory and the current research situation both at home and abroad. This chapter describes the theory related to the industrial development of the small cities which is within the natural scenic areas, and introduces the present research situation about the domestic and foreign relevant issues, in order to draw our attention to the industrial development of the small cities, in an attempt to seek its beneficial inspiration.The third chapter is about the relevant analyses about the issues of the industrial development of the small cities. This chapter carries on the analyses from three aspects. The first one is about the influence which the natural scenic areas have on the development of the small cities. the development of the natural scenic areas. The third one is the SWOT Analysis on the industrial development of the small cities. The above analyses let us have a better understanding about the contradictory and mutually reinforcing relationship between the industrial development and scenic resource protection in the small cities.The fourth chapter is about the research on industrial development of the small cities which is within the natural scenic areas. Firstly, this chapter describes the principles, economic industrial characteristics and the influence factors of the industrial development in the small cities. Then it is followed by detailed researches on the guidance plan of economic development, the direction and the structure of the industrial development and the main measures of co-ordinate industrial development.The fifth chapter is about the researches on the issues related to industrial development of the small cities. This chapter introduces relevant issues such as the basic principles and requirements of the traffic planning, the control of the construction features and the plan of social regulation of the residents in the small cities.The sixth chapter is about case study. This chapter takes the plan of the industrial development of Shidu Town in Fangshan District of Beijing as the case to analyze and research.The seventh chapter is the conclusion. This chapter summarizes the research of this thesis.
