A Study On Tourism Planning Of Characteristics Tourist Area With Natural Resources

Recently people want to approach the natrue because of the city living space becoming smaller with citifying, and the tourist areas depending on natrual resouces develop rapidly. Tourist areas with natural resource (TANR) incresed fastly in number and inverse proportion rise from 40.5% to 70.1%. The natural resources not only have special attraction in the tourist areas, bue also have some problems because of their features,such as seasonality,dispersed space and flimsiness of ecosystem.Our research focus on the representative TANR which has the characteristics of seasonality and dispersed space.This sort of tourist areas, which conflict with a variety of demands of tourists, step into the stage of decline because of their limitation.It's necessary to do more research to accelerate the decelopment of sort of the characteristic tourist areas.Our country possesses amount of tourist areas with natural resource in, though there are some questions in the exploitment, such as irregular spread arround the tourism spot, invalid land-use and ignorement of seasonality, which become the key of tourism planning and management. These problems are associated to the lack of the theoretical guide which different from normal district because of its specialty.The article according to"throry research—actuality research—comprehensive research—practice research"the research pattern. At first, it defines the TANR, which has seasonality characteristics,dispersed space and depending on special natural resources, at the mention of the form, the representation and the influence to the districts. Secondly we have three examples to advance keypoints of characteristic on interspace and time ,then find the principle and appropriate goals. Fof the exercisable tourism planning, the article probes into the strategies and methods to solve problems involves by seasonality and dispersed space. In all, the emphasis is that we should exploit characteristic natural resources tourist areas by multi-function,land-use subdivision, node-growth and supplying multiplicity of tourism product.Moreover, the aritical combines theory research and the case to carry on analyzing and explaining. Finally take the case study of"Tourism Planning in Hainig tidal surge Area"to illustrate and demonstrate the conclusion of the aritical is feasible.
