As the developing of the economic and the rising of people's income, traveling is becoming a part of people's life and tourism destination image is one of the most important factors that influence people's choice. Many countries all around the world are beginning study on tourism destination image since 1970s, they tried to find out the best way to promote their image and enhance the competition ability.This paper analysis the influencing factors and elements of tourism image and its relevant concepts based on a synthetic survey on tourism image at home and abroad.Secondly, it requests enhance study travelers' cognition regulations to the tourism destination and travelers' psychology regulations and construct unique glamorous tourism place according to analyze the elements of tourism destination.Thirdly, the empirical research on FengHuang of South HuNan that test by questionnaire survey adopted truth test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and chi-squared, analysis the influencing factors and elements of FengHuang's tourism image and its existing shortcomings.At last, It suggests to establish and promote South Hunan FengHuang's traveling image through building various traveling image according the customer's interest, improving participative culture and traveling plot, upgrading tourist facilities and balancing profit distribution, and then promoting FengHuang's tourism images.
