The key customers are extremely important strategic resources for telecom enterprises, which are also the lifeblood for telecom enterprises to survive and develop. Meanwhile, they are the focal point that rivals fight over. Especially, under the circumstance of increasing competition, key customers are becoming more important now and future. Therefore, it is very essential for Huaihua Branch of China Telecom to enhance customer service for its most valued clients and improve the key customers' loyalty.This paper begins with the basic situations of Huaihua Branch of China Telecom and subdivides the key customers of telecom enterprises of Huaihua, and makes a comparatively detailed analysis to its characteristic of demand and demand's development trend. Then we analyze the internal and external environments of key customer's marketing of telecom of Huaihua from four aspects, namely, strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats. Then we combine the current situation with the key customers' marketing service of the telecom of Huaihua. Aiming at the existing problems, we establish the idea of optimization which meets the development of key customers' marketing service system of the telecom enterprises of Huaihua from several aspects, such as optimizing the marketing service organization, improving key customers management system and marketing system, and enhancing customer service system. The corresponding safeguard mechanisms have also been put forward. We show that the integral level of key customers marketing service system will be improved and the market competitiveness of key customer marketing of Huaihua telecom will be strengthened. Thus the goals for achieving company's sustainable development will be realized.
