Gender-based Analysis Of Women In Rural Communities To Engage In A National Tourism Research

China has 56 nationalities, including 55 minorities, all of them with its unique traditional culture to attract a large number of tourists, and then the development of national tourism has risen in China, national tourism is one of tour types in China which developed better and earlier, and research in this field has never been interrupted. With the development of deepening research in national tourism and the worldwide concerns of women issue, women studies has been gradually introduced into the national tourism research and is now an important content of it. In these studies, there are many about the impact of tourism on minority women, and has achieved some results in recent years. However, as far as present research situation concerned, it is less in the study of the rural communities of minority women's involvement. Therefore, in this article, taking Tu nationality rural community as an example to makes a tentative study of the women's involvement issue in national tourism. I hope that such problems can start to play the role of this kind of research.By taking the Empirical Study, in this article, select national tourism representative village—XiaoZhuang-cun (in Hzhu Tu nationality Autonomous County) as the research object, based the framework and basic research ideas on the related literature data. In addition to use of questionnaires, interviews, field observations and other traditional research methods, it is also integrated the Ethnographic Method and the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) methods to analyze related problem, especially pay attention to the application of oral history method, and use the Excel, SPSS, Coreldraw(drawing software) and other professional software processing related data and drawing charts and thematic maps to ensure the scientific of analysis and the reliability of conclusions.The content has four parts in this article, its analysis based on social gender perspective to study all issue of Tu nationality women's involvement in national tourism. Its contents and conclusions include the following four aspects:First of all, to analyze and summarize the national tourism development process of Xiaozhuang-cun and then based its stage division of community involvement in tourism development on the community involvement in tourism development theory, to analyze the villagers' (with different gender) involvement situation in all stages of national tourism, the result shows that the Tu nationality women plays a vital role in community involvement in national tourism development of Xiaozhuang-cun.Secondly, analyzed the situation of women's community involvement in national tourism, the content of this part includes four aspects: decision-making of community involvement in national tourism development, operating activities, the organization method of community involvement and the distribution of tourist benefits, and classified operating activities of Xiaozhuang-cun.Thirdly, to analyze the characteristics of women's involvement in national tourism development from activity space, involvement-scale in all stage, tourist incoming and age. In spatial characteristics, use comparative analysis with the male villagers' activity space to illustrate that women is the major participants in community involvement in national tourism development, and then divide women's activity space of community involvement into two levels; In the characteristics of villagers' involvement-scale in all stages, male villagers' involvement-scale exhibits as a "nearly S-shaped" curse, but women's exhibits a rising curve. The women's tourist incoming relate to operating mode and their length of involvement. Women's characteristic of age is the normal distribution.Finally, use the "comparison sequencing matrix" method to analyze the hindering factors of women's community involvement in national tourism, and divide these factors into four aspects: economic factors, social factors, internal factors, external factors, and others, then analyzed one by one, in view of these factors proposed the feasibility suggestions to solve the problem.
