Married Women's Involvement In Family Tourism Decision Processes And Its Influencing Factors

In the 21'st century,the domestic tourism become more and more popular.Married Women as an important member of the family,play an important role in family tourism decision processes.The purpose of this study is to explore the participation of married women in family tourism decision-making processes and its influencing factors.In this study,we focus on two core issues.One is the degree of the participation of married women in family tourism decision making.The other is the influence factors of married women's participation in family tourism decision-making.This paper summarized the previous studies.And then it constructs the research model and corresponding hypothesis and using the questionnaire survey data collection methods.Finally,a total of 410 questionnaires were issued,and 404 questionnaires were actual recovered with 387 valid questionnaires.This research using cross analysis,independent sample T test,ANOVA analysis and factor analysis,to verify the hypothesis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the study of 14 married women's participation in family tourism decision making questionnaire analysis,we found that married women's involvement in family tourism decision processes is different.The participation of married women in the first individual decision-making activities is relatively high.(2)The study found the main factors which affect married women's involvement in tourism decision.They are "Family structure" and "Family values" and "Travel interest ","Travel experience "and" Tourism product ","Travel satisfaction" and "Personal resource contribution " and "Travel motivation".(3)Using SPSS correlation analysis and regression analysis,the research found that "travel motivation" factor does not have a significant impact.The rest of the seven dimensions were significantly affected.Finally,according to the actual research results,this study puts forward some management implications for family tourism product development and market promotion.It suggest tourism enterprises to focus on family tourism product flexibility,satisfaction and attention degree,and try to design popular and services characteristic theme product.And the tourism enterprises should try to achieve interactive marketing,precision marketing and diversified marketing.
