On The Strategic Financial Management Of Enterprises

Strategic financial management is a management system which closely combining the enterprise strategy with financial management, carrying out financial management with the orientation of strategy, and providing systematic support to the general goal of the enterprise. So far the research for strategic financial management is still in progress. But with the modern business environment changing, and the regulatory requirements increasing, strategic financial management will get much wider attention and application. I believe that the implementation of strategic financial management enterprise management will have a qualitative level, so that it can encourage enterprises to achieve the strategic objectives successfully, and ensure sustained and healthy economic development enterprises.In this paper, the main purpose of strategic financial management is that through the study of strategic financial management, and combined with the actual job of innovative systems to improve its content, the work practice can be better guided, so that it can achieve the desired effect that obtain the added value and create the profit with strategic financial management.In this paper, it makes use of normative research methods, simultaneously with case studies, and fully combines the strategic financial management theory to practice of work. It focuses on strategic financial management of the practical application of the value of research. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis and research of strategies in financial management is on the basis of the theoretical system, combining with practical work, and improving the content of structure, thereby it enhances the financial management of a strategic instrument of practical application value.The methods of the study on strategic financial management are combining the theory with practice, perfect the theoretical system with emphasis on real application of strategic financial management.Creative achievements got through the study:1. Innovatively perfect the strategic financial risk management system combining the work of 'General risk management' carried out by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) in the state-owned enterprises with my work in pilot enterprise; 2. Supplement the content of strategic budget in the strategic financial management system, and innovatively state the content of strategic budget management on cost of scientific research combining the 'Strategic budget management' in the pilot enterprise;3. Innovatively introduce the 'Analysis and assessment of strategic financial performance' into strategic financial management system, thus to provide a method for evaluating the goal of enterprise strategy through the index of financial performance.
