The thesis is on the background of the changes faced by the human resources management of china private enterprises, The theme is analysis of the impact which caused by the "Labor Contract Law" on private enterprises human resources management, Choosing the existing drawbacks of private enterprises human resources management as breakthrough point, Analyzing human resources management in the direction of the standardization human resources management. Aimed at having more in-depth understanding and awareness on "Labor Contract Law", and exploring the new way to improve the level of human resources management of china private enterprises in the standardization direction under the new legal environment.The thesis defines those concepts involved in the analysis in the beginning, then showing the importance of abolishing these defects in management by analyzing the status of china private enterprises in china economics. Pointing out that the status of China's private enterprises human management can be summed up as less standardized. Then analyzing these relevant reasons such as labor supply, business conduct short-term, labor-intensive enterprises take important place in the whole structure of China's private enterprises, outdated management menthol, family management. On the base of above research, thinking that can analyze from the perspective of both short-term and long-term research. From short-term perspective, saying that "Labor Contract Law" had impact on adjustment of labor relations directly. And form the long-term perspective, insisting that the "Labor Contract Law" provides an important opportunity for standardizing private enterprises human resources management with a high standard with the methods of setting up a internal management system under the guidance of the standardization by raising the law cost.
