Harmony is the major melody in the current society and it stresses the mutual coordination,mutual cooperation,co-existence and mutual prosperity between the different principal beneficiary parts.Enterprises are the most basic economic cells and the harmony between enterprises are part of the harmony of whole society. privately operated enterprise is important parts of market economics. With the vigorous development of privately operated enterprise, in the period of present and some days to come, our country is in the critical stage of historic transformation of economics and society,and social contradiction prominent and multi-stage,the contradiction and dispute of labor show much more complex,and the phenomenon that the enterpriser violates the legitimate rights and interests of worker is increasingly widespread. The fact that research and resolve some of the major issues in the current field of labor relations , and explore the private construction of harmonious labor relations, is placed in front of us a very urgent and significant task.In this paper, literature research and research using the method. First,summy previous theoretical results from economic point of view, management point of view, sort of Marxist point of view of the adjustment of labor relations status and lack of.Second,In the questionnaire survey and interviews, based on the study of Chinese private enterprises the general state of labor relations, labor relations management of private enterprises in the outstanding problems and their causes are analyzed. Finally, Construction of private enterprises of harmonious labor relations and human resource management concepts are explored innovative ways.This paper argues that private enterprise need to reform human resources management concepts and modes to build a harmonious labor relations, Philosophy, from the capital-oriented to people-oriented, from a matter-centric to a human first, mainly to people from the mindset of management-oriented, from a staff management to labor relations to the management center. However, private enterprise human resources management concept and mode of innovation is not automatically generated, it needs through the government, trade unions, social, business leaders and other aspects of the consensus of staff were willing to work hard to achieve. Therefore, building a harmonious labor relations on the one hand to the right people to rely on enterprises to establish effective management philosophy and management style, it also depends on the attention and participation of the whole society, establish and improve the multilateral coordination mechanisms, especially to strengthen government and Business interaction and cooperation, and the need to build a socialist core value system as the guiding ideology and basic principles.
