Based On The Organizational Model Of Lean Management

Enterprise organizational design is a hot spot in the field of management. Nowadays, with the social changes , traditional organizational models can not meet the enterprise requirements. A suitable organizational model can get twice the result with half the effort to support the development of enterprises. So it becomes a focus how to build and implement the organizational model and how to maximize the advantages of organizational model.According to this , this paper takes the case of Foton Motor organizational model and proposes a new idea. It also bases on the the working experience of the author, the research achievements of organizational theory development and the practical experience of advanced enterprises. In this way, we can compress non-value-added activities, remove waste work and improve the efficiency of enterprise management by means of building an enterprise organizational model based on the concept of lean management and continuously optimization business process.This paper combines lean management with the organizational model and applies it to practical management. It can serve as reference and guide for enterprise operations.
