With the speeding up of global economic integration, the market competition becomes increasingly severe and people's demands for diversified, high-quality,and customized products become higher and higher, imposing higher requirements for the manufacturing technologies and production management methods of enterprise. Therefore, innovation of production & operation management is very urgent.This paper introduces the lean production mode, lean production system, and their implementation by taking company r as an example. In the globalization and fast development of company, with the emerging of more and more new products,expansion of production scale, higher complexity of products, shorter life cycle of product, and gradual increase of investments in manufacturing base,employees, fixed assets, the whole supply chain system becomes more complex.To cope with the increasingly severe domestic and international market competition and satisfy the requirements of production and operation of enterprise, company A introduces the lean production mode, establishes the lean production system, and implements it.Firstly, this paper describes the significance of this topic, research method and contents, as well as the status quo of domestic and international research on lean production, determines the technical route of the research, and briefs relevant theories such as Kanban management, level production, pull production,and 5S onsite management in combination with the main research contents.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current production management and existing problems, introduces the theories relevant to lean production and the overall architecture of the lean production system, as well as optimized lean production scheme, analyzes the necessity of level production, determines the value of Kanban-driven parts feeding in pull production, and designs two operation modes of just-in-time production system: inventory-driven feeding of self-made parts and Kanban-driven feeding of general parts.Finally, this paper elaborates the implementation process of lean production optimization scheme and results.This paper intends to make the manufacturing enterprises in China understand the basic management theories and methods of lean production and help them construct advanced lean production system, thus overcoming the weakness of traditional production mode, improving the production process and onsite management level, reducing the inventory, avoiding waste, and rationalizing the production process.
