The Research On Organization System In Lean Production System

Lean Production System is an advanced production method created by Toyota Company in 1950s-60s in Japan. It mainly eliminates all kinds of waste phenomenon hided in the enterprise through the improvement in order to achieve the goal of reducing the cost. It is called another revolutionary production method after the production method of Taylor scientific management way and Ford's massive assemblies line, it is the further deepens result of Industry Engineering.Lean Production System is not just a set of technical methods, but a methodology with a complete theoretical system. Lean production is composed of three parts: a core idea, technology system and organization system, lean production management system provides the basis for production. Even the most advanced technologies cannot perform their own effect without relevant management systems.The purpose of this paper presents to readers a complete theoretical system of lean production, and focus on lean production methods in the analysis of the various elements of management systems and requirements for the majority of enterprise managers in the implementation of lean production to provide a theoretical support. The general managers focus on lean production techniques to study at the same time, more elements of management to give a high priority.The paper firstly describes our predecessors on the basis of the emergence and development of lean production, and then combines my experience of business practices, in order to provide readers a complete theoretical system of lean production analytical framework to lean production management system side by side with the technical system is equally important status. Then, on the lean production management system under the management of the elements of each one by one analysis, and conclude that these management elements of lean production methods and propose specific requirements under the related management proposals.Writing of this article with domestic papers related to lean production methods have some differences, the preamble of the majority focused on lean production methods in the technical system theory introduction and applications, and lean production methods on the characteristics of persons under the requirements of the organizational structure characteristics, construction of corporate culture, leadership, motivation and so rarely discussed in this paper in this respect, a certain amount of exploratory work, summed up in the lean production method, these elements of their features and how to manage it for the enterprise the successful implementation of lean production has a good practical significance.
