At the same time, it makes the competition more severe. Mcanwhile, as the openness from our capital market, it brings the entrance of foreign financial companies, which makes the competition more severe. Most of scholars try to find the way to improve China financial companies' competition through studying the difference between China financial companies and foreign financial companies. The thesis aim to find a way to improve China stock firm competition through comparing with China & Foreign stock firm's business structure.It divides 5 parts:Chapter 1 Introduction.
