Sugar industry in Guangxi as the advantages of the region, the state has a lot of local sugar enterprises in the industrial restructuring and consolidation, and achieved good results. After the reorganization, there are larger group of sugar group, with expanding the production scale, improving technical level and management level , economic efficiency became better. However, the emergence of these phenomena is generated by the combined effect by a variety of factors such as policies, the international price of sugar increasing, seller's market and so on.With studying the structure of products can be found that the current major product is primary products of the low-end market, the structure is simple and the product is low value-added.Some sugar enterprises began to deviate from the main business development, investment in other non-related industries. Some sugar enterprises began to develop recycling economy and develop eco-sugar. How to face the temptations of other industries and the development trend of their owen industry and how to develop sustainably has become the reality problem to the domestic sugar companies.In this paper, SL sugar groups as the research object. I analysis the status of its current industry, study the development trend of related industries. By investigating the development strategies of enterprises in the same industry and analysising the advantages of SL Group, the development strategy of the next three years for SL Group is designed.The strategy will be changed with the macro-economy, external environment and the adventage of enterprises changing. It can meet the business requirements of sustainable development goals.
