With the development of global economy, service industry is experiencing revolutionary change. New service needs constantly stimulate the birth of new service. The scale and type of service industry have been unprecedentedly expended. The service industry not only provides lots of jobs, but also it has taken more and more proportions of GDP, and has taken more than half proportions of some new economy.Benefiting from constantly rapid development of China economy, all kinds of constructions projects all over the country have stimulated the development of excavators industry. Almost the whole excavator industry has taken dealer as the distribution channel, so this model has provided big space for the rapid developing of dealer industry. As the market and customers have become more and more mature, the competence of excavator manufacturer and dealer has become the competence of their service. The article mainly uses the theory of services marketing to study the characteristic of dealer service system and its exciting problem, and also analyze the current competitive environments. This article also states that how to build competitive service system and how to get customer's loyalty by using difference service. Lastly, it simply introduces the direction of service extending business.
