Research On The Service Marketing Strateyies Of JQ Logistics Co. Ltd.

Taking example for JQ Logistics Co. Ltd., The present research tried to find the existent problems this corporation had, and the ways to solve them by using services marketing as the tools and the way of measuring their customers' satisfaction.Firstly, this study discussed the living space of JQ Logistics Co. Ltd., including services marketing's basic theories, its developmental history, and the using status in the logistics enterprises etc.. And what's more, the existent problems in Chinese logistics enterprises, especially in the middle and small ones were also discussed.Then actuality and existent problems of JQ Logistics Co. Ltd. were analyzed further. Through SWOT analysis method, this research analyzed this corporation's advantages and disadvantages for the recent competition, and looked for the existent problems in this company by surveying and interviewing customers' need and satisfaction.Thirdly, after finding out the problems this study demonstrated that, JQ Logistics Co. Ltd. should regulate their services marketing strategies as follows from the point of view of customers' satisfaction: 1. starting with the service products.
