Construction Enterprises Technological Innovation System And Strategic Way

Architecture is the pillar industry of national economy. Its growth has an important impact to the healthy development of national economy. With China joined WTO and the integration of economic globalization, Chinese architecture industry is now facing to an increasingly fierce competition environment. The issue of how to improve the general competitiveness of enterprises and how to take hold of critical point became the main problem of architecture enterprises. Basing on this background, this thesis analysis the characters of architecture industry and proposed the basic idea of creating technology innovation system of architecture industry, aiming to help enhance a fast and sustainable development of architecture industry.The thesis based on the oversea research of this issue, uses the relevant theory of architecture economics, technology innovation and system economics, discussed the theme of how to establish our country's architecture industry tech-innovation system.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the tech-innovation theory and reveals the character, function and characteristic of architecture industry tech-innovation. Based on the previous result, the thesis goes on to analyze the necessity of establishing such a system.Secondly, the thesis reviews the actuality of Chinese architecture industry's tech-innovation. By analyzing the obstacles that preventing the establishment of the system, the thesis constructed a model of the system, and detailedly analyses the issues as policy innovation, human resource management, process innovation, organizational innovation that involved in the technology innovation system. The thesis also discussed the dynamical factors that drives the development of tech-innovation.Thirdly, baseing on the creation and enhancement of the interior and exterior environment needed for the tech-innovation, the thesis explains the tactic way of establishing the system.Lastly, by using the example of Beijing No 6 Architecture Corporation, the thesis illustrates the important role of tech-innovation system in the enterprises.
