Hunan Tobacco Industry Chain Reconstruction Strategy Study

At present, industry chain issue and how to cultivate and construct superior industry chain, is a subject urgently to be studied, and in the course of developing superior industries and advancing industrialization in Hunan Province, its tobacco industry is facing the reform pressure too. So in the frame of industry chain in this paper, we comprehended theories of economics, management, and tobacco industries actual conditions, studied contents of four respects as followings: First, the industrial chain of theoretical research and application of the status quo; Second, Hunan Construction of the tobacco industry chain theory platform; Third, Hunan Province, the tobacco industry chain and Status analysis; Fourth, the reconstruction of Hunan tobacco industry chain strategic advantages Countermeasures.The characteristics, of this paper are as follows: Firstly, proceeding from economics; we have defined the chain; its differences and correlations with such concepts as value chain, industry value chain; Secondly, we have defined the industry chain, put forward with judging frame of superior industry chain; Thirdly, we have studied the counter measure of structuring superior industry chain in terms of constitution, contract and organization; Fourthly, we have studied the tobacco industry reform in terms of industry chain; Fifthly, we have studied the organization characteristics and reform of tobacco industry in a small region.The study on industry chain and tobacco industry reform still shoulders heavy responsibilities, and we have only done exploratory analysis, aiming at casting a brick to attract jade, we expect that more colleagues can continue to deepen the research in this respect.
