The reasonable integration of the supply chain, however, is the solution which is implied the most effective and directly.This article chosen the tobacco supply chain of Guiyan city as an example to research, integration of tobacco supply chain mainly conformed work flow between the company and/or in an company by breaking the organizational boundary, as a result, to reduce the duplication of effort and duplication of construction, and finally to achieve the target - elevating of the whole operating effective. Among the all work flow within the tobacco supply chain, the conforming of logistic systems is seen to be more important than the any else. Again basing this combining of these two stores, further simplify the logistic between the companies, enlarge the effect of the integration logistic work flow, achieve the integration of the industry logistic and the business logistic, elevate the efficiency of logistic processing in the supply chain, and enhance the whole competitive of Guiyan City tobacco supply chain.This article mainly contains the seven parts as follows:First part had introduced the context and signification, the research current situation and the main content and innovation point.Second part had given a brief of some basic theory on the integration of tobacco supply chain, such as the meaning of the management on the supply chain, the meaning of the integration of supply chain, the differences and similarities between the management of supply chain with the integration of supply chain, and some theory of the rebuild of the work flow.Third part had done some research works on basic problems of the integration of tobacco supply chain in Guiyan City. First of all, with respect of the tobacco supply chain, analysis the necessity of the integration of tobacco supply chain by the complementing resource advantage, making the goal of the companies in the supply chain economic increased scale, the particularity of tobacco supply chain and the change of the market, enhance the tobacco supply chain's capacity to cope the risk, and elevation the tobacco supply chain's sensitive to the market change. At last, pointing out , with respect of the industry and business in tobacco supply chain, that the reason to choose the industry and business as a integration object, because of the phenomenon re-storage, re-movement, industry and business re-storage and the poor sharing level of the information resource of the industry and business.Fourth part is the important chapter and mainly includes three parts. The article analyzed the enhancing of the efficiency of the integrated supply chain from the sides, such as the time, human, company resource, logistic cost and store controlling. Finally, we pointed out the problems should be concerned, as the migration of the real right of the co-used store, the standardization of the work flow, the cost apportion of the co-used store, and the further communication between the industry with the business.Seventh part made a summary and a conclusion of the whole article, pointed the disadvantage then made a further seen of the tobacco supply chain research.
