Entrepreneurial activities are carried out around entrepreneurial opportunities.The core process of entrepreneurship includes two core activities,namely,identification of entrepreneurial opportunities and exploration of entrepreneurial opportunities.New enterprises need to constantly integrate and reconstruct resources to overcome the weakness of new ventures,so as to generate valuable resources that are compatible with entrepreneurial opportunities and improve the dynamic ability of entrepreneurship.The cognitive resources carried by the entrepreneurial team are the basis for the survival of the entrepreneurial team and the new enterprise.At present,both entrepreneurs and researchers in the field of entrepreneurship pay more attention to the important influence of team heterogeneity on subsequent entrepreneurial behaviors and results,but there is no in-depth study on how to integrate and coordinate the heterogeneous resources within the team,and there is a lack of attention to the cognitive interaction of entrepreneurial teams.Therefore,identify entrepreneurial cognitive interaction process,explore entrepreneurial teams' activites of integrating heterogeneous knowledge assets,and reveal the mechanism that the cognitive interaction of entrepreneurial team influencing entrepreneurial dynamic capabilities,dig out the mediation and moderation mechanism that cognitive interaction of entrepreneurial team impact entrepreneurial dynamic capabilities are problems urgently need to be solved.This paper focuses on developing the construct of entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration,and exploring its effect on entrepreneurial dynamic capability.From the cognitive interaction activities entrepreneurial teams exibited in the knowledge configuration process,and on the basis of the combination of theoretical analysis and case studies,as well as the combination of using in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey to collect research data,and applies single case analysis,cross case analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model management and other statistics analysis method.This paper firstly analyzes the construct and dimensions of entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration,and develop the specific measuring scale.Then,starting from the micro-cognitive foundation of entrepreneurial dynamic ability,this paper collects research data through questionnaire survey,and appli es exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,structural equation model and other management statistical analysis methods to deeply study the mechanism of t he effect of entrepreneurial team knowledge allocation on entrepreneurial dynamic ability.The following conclusions are drawn in this study:(1)knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams is a process in which entrepreneurial teams conduct a series of activities from decomposing tasks,identifying knowledge domain to allocating appropriate participants,tasks are achieved through matching the task-knowledge-people.Knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams includes four dimensions,namely,knowledge domain segmentation,knowledge responsibility allocation,knowledge distribution agreement,and knowledge coordinat ed use.Its measurement scale contains 17 items.(2)Knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams directly affects opportunity identification capabilities,and the subdimensions of knowledge domain segmentation,knowledge responsibility allocation and coordinated use of knowledge can promote opportunit y identification capabilities.Knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams plays a direct role in opportunity exploration capabilitiy,knowledge responsibility allocation and knowledge coordinated use play a role in promoting entrepreneurial opportunity exploration capabilitiy.Entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration as a whol e,therefore,promote the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capabilities and opportunity exploration capabilitiy,but through different dimensions.Among them,knowledge domain segmentation,knowledge responsibility allocation and knowledge coordi nated use promote entrepreneurial opportunity recognition ability,knowledge responsibility allocation and knowledge coordinated use promote entrepreneurial opportunities exploration capabilities.It can be seen that knowledge responsibility allocation and knowledge coordinated use play important roles in the overall effectiveness of knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams,but knowledge distribution agreement plays an insignificant role in affecting entrepreneurial opportunity identification capabilities and opportunity exploration capabilitiy.(3)Knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams can enhance the entrepreneurial opportunit y identification capabilities and opportunity exploration capabilitiy through the mediating role of learning ambidexterity.Firstly,knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams has a positive impact on learning ambidexterity.Since knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams is a kind of knowledge collaboration based on division of labor,the heterogeneous and specialized knowledge of the team is retained,and the scattered knowledge is integrated through knowledge distribution agreement and coordinated use.Next,learning ambidexterity has positive effect on developing entrepreneurship dynamic capability,and strategic ambidexterity plays the mediating role of transforming entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration's influence onto entrepreneurial dynamic capabilities,entrepreneurial team's knowledge coordination brings the flexibility of entrepreneurial strategy,thus promote entrepreneurial ability.(4)The centralized distribution of team power positively moderates the influence entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration on the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capabilities,and negatively moderates the influence entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration on the entrepreneurial opportunity exploration capabilities.(5)Environmental dynamism positively moderates the influence of entrepreneurial team's knowledge configuration on entrepreneurial opportunity identification capabilities,and positively moderates the role of entrepreneurial team's knowledge configuration on opportunity exploration capabilities.The interactive effect of environmental dynamics and entrepreneurial team's knowledge configuration on the entrepreneurial opportunity identification capability and opportunity exploration capability shows that the entrepreneurial team's knowledge configuration is indeed a kind of inner-team knowledge collaboration process that can promote the entrepreneurial team adaptive capabilities to uncertainty.This paper reveals the process of knowledge configuration within entrepreneurial teams and its influence on entrepreneurial dynamic ability.The construct of knowledge configuration of entrepreneurial teams and the improvement of the theoretical system provide a new perspective for the future exploration of team knowledge configuration from the perspective of team cognitive interaction.In addition,focusing on entrepreneurial teams knowledge configuration as an antecedent factors on opportunity recognition and opportunity exploitation,not only helps to improve the dynamic capability theory and the development of combination of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and opportunity exploitation studies,and explore the cognitive basis of the formation of dynamic capabilities,but also shows important guidance for enriching studies that advocating resources-opportunity integration,improving the efficiency of knowledge configuration for entrepre neurial team and optimizing pathes that knowledge resources transforming entrepreneurial capabilities.
