Along with the establishment of reform direction of the market economy system and our country joining WTO in recent years, small and medium-sized enterprise makes the significant contributions to our country national economy, meanwhile exposes many questions in the labor relations management urgently await to be solved actually. Under intense competition in the market environment, small and medium-sized enterprise could obtain the stable development, only if they have the harmonious labor relations and the standard labor relations management, because it is not only a foundation but also safeguards. As a result of the scale limits in small and medium-sized enterprise, there are a few papers research about standard effective management of labor relations, and it makes theoretical and the practical senses to do research on the influencing factors of the small and medium-sized enterprise labor relations.In this paper, we use the quantitative methods to analysis the factor of small and medium enterprises labor relation on the basis of the literature research related to labor relations. Through the survey in more than 20 Chinese coastal enterprises and the statistical methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, we test the theoretical model. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on the data collected by questionnaire, we construct 6 factors dimensions of the labor relations of small and medium-sized enterprise, and they are the salary and the work environment, social security and the labor contract, training, labor dispute, the union, participate in the management and the development. And the last factor joined is unique in this model.(2) In the variable variance analysis based on population statistics, employees of different education existed remarkable cognition difference on the trade union dimension; employees of different positions existed remarkable cognition difference on "social security and labor contract, the trade union, "participation to management and development" these 3 dimensions.(3) We use the method of regression analysis to confirm the theoretical models, and find the 6 dimensions have significant impact on the labor relations of small and medium enterprises. The salary and work environment is most affected on the labor relations of small and medium enterprises.
