Manganous Manganic Oxide (Mn3O4) is an important basic raw material for Mn-Zn soft ferrite applications which is widely used in communication, the audio and video equipment, power switch and magnetic head industry, etc. JK Company is the first company in China to develop and produce catalyst alloy, and owns annual production capacity of 30, 000 metric tons with the market share of 60% which makes it the leading company in this industry. In the market-oriented economy which is characterized of mature and increasingly severer competition, the enterprise scale effect and cost effect become more and more important. The enterprise expansion is the necessary choice for its consolidation of the advantages in the industry. JK Company has decided to increase the investment on annual production capacity of 10, 000 tons Mn3O4 project based on the original production dimension by its chance research. The feasibility research of this thesis is one of the decision warrants. This thesis is based on advanced mature payoff ability analytical method, dept repay ability analytical method, sensitivity analytical method, and profit and loss balance analytical method. Through the market analysis, the profits is estimated. Risk is analyzed and others aspects are studied, concluding the feasibility of annual production capacity of 10000 tons Mn3O4 item technically and economically. This research had paid much attention to the feasibility of efficiency evaluation and risk analysis and has drawn a strong implementation feasible conclusion which provides investment basis for the project of the annual production capacity of 10, 000 tons Mn3O4 of JK Company.
