Analysis Of Economic And Social Effects Of China's Migrant Workers Employment

The gradual setting-up of reform and open policy as well as market economy has activated the farmers'sense of commercial economy. A large number of rural surplus labors began to transfer form agriculture to non-agriculture, and resulted in a special group of migrant workers. At present, the scale of migrant workers, and treatment of embarrassment, has become an increasingly prominent problem of the society, in particular, in the current context of financial crisis, there has been a lot of the new situation. If it can not be resolved, the issue of migrant workers will become a threat to social stability. It can be said that the issue of migrant workers concerns the basic questions that whether economic and social development can be a long time. However, because of China's special conditions, we can not find ready-made experience in other countries.This paper believed that the problem of migrant workers in China, mostly because of the Government and the people did not treat them fair. Based on this fact, we started to do a specific analysis. First of all, on the basis of analsis of domestic and foreign researches and the actual situation, we used both theoretical and empirical point of view, objectivly evaluated the economic and social effects of migrant workers. On the one hand, migrant workers immited a dynamic into the economic and social development, but on the other hand, it brought enormous stress for our society. The following analysis shows that there are some policy reasons for the negative effects. For this, we give a number of policy recommendations at the last.In order to make the paper more convincing, we also uses the case study method, in Shandong Province, Linzi District Zibo City to do an in-depth survey. We selected 112 valid questionnaires from the 130 copies. On the basic of the questionnaires and the actual situation of Linzi, we give an depth analysis.Rightting to treat the economic and social effectiveness of migrant workers, eliminating the negative effects, building a supporting system, formulating a reasonable macro-economic policies, has important theoretical and practical significance to China.
