The Earthquake Affected Zone Development Of Tourism Resources

Our country is a vast territory; the earthquake affected area is wide. Recently, the research of tourism resources exploitation is a great achievement, but such research in the earthquake influence area is less. After the earthquake in the day May 12, 2008, the tourism in the influence area inflicted heavy impact on maul heavily, thus, the research on tourism reconstruction in the earthquake affected zone and the earthquake tourism resources exploitation get more attention. The tourism restoration and reconstruction work, as well as the tourism resources exploitation in the earthquake influence area were rapidly deployed.Analyzing the tourism resources and the earthquake influence on them; it also evaluated the exploitation potential in Ningqiang county, a representative area of the earthquake influence region. It made a tourism resources development exploration by chose the representative resources on the basic of the analysis.(1) On the basis of the filed survey and analysis research on the related literature data, the paper summarized the earthquake influence on tourism, and the influence has two dual characters. One of the influences is that the earthquake destroyed the hardware environment such as the scenic spots, infrastructure, and the software environment such as residents' psychology, tourism market. The other one is that we can explore the earthquake as tourism resource; it may play a certain role at the local economic.(2) Doing overall evaluation on the tourism resources in Ningqiang county by qualitative analysis method; it shows that the tourism resources there have holistic high taste. It evaluated the tourism exploitation potential in Ningqiang County, by the AHP analysis method which added factors such as seismic in. The factors' weight is 0.0569, but it doesn't mean the factors do little effect on tourism exploitation; it is only a regularity factor. The evaluation value is 2.118. Ningqiang County is a natural disaster prone area, so the factor effect on tourism exploitation deserves paying much attention. The tourism resources in Ningqiang County have an ideal development potential, and the holistic evaluation number is 66.874.(3) Conducting a survey and descriptive statistical analysis of the damage to the tourism resources in Ningqiang county in the Wenchuan severe earthquake. We got some ideas of the tourism resources development. On the one hand, we must take the negative impacts into consideration, reducing the negative impacts to the limit through a series engineering measures& management measures. On the other hand, we should exploite the connotation of the earthquake relics and sites. (4) Choosing the new Hanyuan scenic area , Qingmuchuan ancient town and the fracture zone through Ningqiang county (Yangping strategic pass—Qingchuan faulted structure zone, in Shaanxi Province) as examples for the natural resources of eco-tourism , cultural tourism resources and tourism resources on behalf of the earthquake of Ningqiang county , respectively. Then, we do some exploration to the methods of tourism resource exploitation in Ningqiang county ,dividing the entire region into three tourism areas (districts). We show the main findings and the deficiencies of the paper in the last part, and provide some references to follow-up study.(5) Innovation of this paper is based on the exploration of the development of tourism resources in Ningqiang County. We drew some conclusions of the exploration of the tourism resources exploitation in the earthquake affected area that the exploitation of tourism resources in the earthquake affected areas should take full account of the development of disaster factors, we hope that it has some enlightenment to the exploitation of the tourism resources in the earthquake affected area.
